Refund Policy

 

Terms and Conditions

  • The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  • If the Customer wants to stop using the Services, the Customer may request a refund of the positive balance kept on his/her Customer account. In such case any positive balance to be returned will be reduced by any License fees, Service fees, and other applicable fees, payable up to the day of such request. The refund should be completed within 30 Days after the end of the last full Billing Period.
